The rated operating temperature range of Panasonic UPS battery is 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ (the best temperature is 25 ℃ ± 5 ℃), too high temperature will seriously shorten the life of UPS battery. All technical data are measured at rated temperature of 20 or 25 ℃. A low temperature will reduce the usable capacity of the ups battery. The absolute upper limit of ambient temperature is 55 ℃, and Panasonic battery can not exceed 45 ℃ in use.

For Panasonic battery, in the range of 15 ~ 35 ℃, the charging voltage does not need to be adjusted with the change of temperature; if the ambient temperature deviates from this range, the charging voltage needs to be adjusted with the change of temperature.

In the UPS power supply, it is normal that the battery power of Panasonic battery is reduced after long-term storage. The daily loss of electric energy of Panasonic battery of UPS power supply is 1-3%. The battery should be charged and used immediately. UPS battery shall be "awakened" in advance for long-term storage.

Slight heating during charging is a normal phenomenon. When the ups battery is heated seriously, it should be stopped immediately, otherwise the ups battery will be damaged. The over heating of Panasonic UPS battery is generally a charger problem, which should be adjusted to slow charging state. This charger cannot be used without slow charging function.
